Joseph's Italian Restaurant is a hidden gem in lower Manhattan; serving wonderful Italian food Mondays thru Friday 12 pm - 9pm.  Joseph's is closed on weekends primarily because their clientele are Wall Streeters who are nowhere to be found on the weekends.  Their operating hours may soon change as new development projects are making lower Manhattan a 7 day a week destination.
